The agency-client model is changing. The standard great brands are built on is not.
Cadov was built for both.
The standard, delivered a new way. The disciplines top brands are built on, led by a senior person who knows your category, working with an AI system built for your brand.
The system can do a lot of the work now. It still needs the judgment the work has always needed.
A tool is opened for a task and forgets. A system holds the whole discipline, and holds your brand inside it, so the hundredth piece of work starts from everything the first one established.
Paired with deep experience and a high standard, a senior lead and a lean team can carry a brand across every format it has to work in. Work that used to take an agency team of 10 or more.
Your current budget covers materially more.
orYour current scope costs materially less.
03 / What changes day to day
- 1
Your business is learned once.
The category, the evidence and the history go in once and stay in. Nothing is relearned at the next project.
- 2
A named senior person owns the work.
You know who is doing the work and you talk to them directly. No inefficient layers that add cost but not value.
- 3
What you can claim comes first.
The claims boundary is settled before anything downstream is made, so nothing is built on a line that cannot hold.
- 4
Your own team spends less time on it.
No meetings to educate or align people who were not in the last one.
Capabilities you expect from a big agency focused in health and life sciences.

05 / Who owns the work
Bryan Archambault
Founder
Twenty-nine years agency-side, twenty-one of them at WPP, in animal health, pharma, medical device, optical, oral care, personal care and pet nutrition. Consumer and professional audiences, large molecule and small molecule, orals to injectables. CRM and personalization at scale. Regulated claims in most of it, and the review process that comes with them.
Twice, that work went past the brand and into the business, leading the transformation of a client's own operating model, from current-state assessment and a multi-year roadmap through to executing it.
Cadov came out of both. The technology is available to everyone. Knowing where to start and where to push is not.
You can begin with one bounded project, without disrupting anything already in place.
Three ways in-
1
Start where the claims are.
A claims and substantiation register for one brand. What you can say, the evidence behind each claim, and where the boundary sits, before anything downstream is made.
A register your team and your reviewers can both work from.
-
2
Start with the market read.
A market and competitive diagnostic for one brand, in the markets that matter. Where the whitespace is, and what is already spoken for.
A read you can take into your own planning, whether or not we do the next piece.
-
3
Start with the work.
A creative platform and concepts for one brand, built inside the claims boundary. The output itself, so the standard is something you judge rather than take on trust.
Concepts at the quality you would expect from a big agency.
Each one is scoped, priced and agreed before anything starts.
